Some Various Projects
On this 2 storey residential home, we re-caulked the full exterior. All the windows and doors were stripped of all old caulking, re-insulated and re-sealed.
This custom home required sealant installation on all doors windows and stucco to stone transitions. The windows and doors are black and the stucco is a beige colour, a black caulking was used, so ensuring a clean straight finish was necessary. This is why we we're contacted to carry out this work.
We we're hired to seal all these glass panels on the interior and exterior as well as perimeter joints. All work was completed off scissor lifts and zoom booms
Most of the doors, windows and precast panel joints we're re-caulked on this large Oakville mansion. The old urethane caulking deteriorated over the years from the sun exposure. We applied a one part, neutral cure silicone as a replacement, which will last for many years to come.
This 16 year old home was in need of a re-caulking job. All doors, windows, pipes and vents were re-sealed correctly using a GE SWS Silicone. We also applied a bead of caulking along the porch slab which was previously never caulked.
This home was under renovation so the home owners decided to get the exterior of the home re-caulked since there was some existing leaks. The leaky windows were repaired and in the process the remainder of the windows are now also correctly sealed.
